INTERIM HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Temporary role (possible temporary to hire) in the Youngstown, Ohio area.
Workplace Type: On-Site
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience
- Administer and track employee leave of absences (FMLA, ADA, parental, etc.)
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
- Assist with employee relations, handling initial intake and documentation
- Coordinate workplace accommodations and ensure compliance with policies
- Support hiring events and talent acquisition process
- Provide HR policy guidance and support a positive workplace culture
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment, benefits, leave management, and employment laws
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platform, Employee Navigator or similar benefits enrollment platform, and Microsoft Office
