Duties of Position:
Responsible for carrying out duties assigned and agreed to by head coach and Athletic Director.
Carry out duties in a manner that is consistent with William Rainey Harper College's philosophy in regard to athletics and education.
Volunteer coaches are subject to all harper College employee policies and procedures.
Qualifications Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of coaching secondary or post secondary athletics preferred.

About the Team The Athletics and Fitness department provides support to 13 collegiate teams and student athletes. The Athletics and Fitness department also oversees the on campus recreation center.
