Join Year Up United, an immersive job training program designed for young adults seeking to enhance their skills in just one year or less. This program offers comprehensive in-classroom skill development, vital access to internships, and tailored job placement services, all complemented by personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also benefit from an educational stipend.
Our program merges technical expertise and professional skill training with concrete internship opportunities through YUPRO Placement, our acclaimed talent placement partner. Internship placements may include prestigious organizations such as Bank of America, Exelon Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase.
Eligibility Criteria: You may apply to Year Up United if you:
- Are a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Are eligible to work in the U.S.
- Can commit to being available Monday-Friday throughout the program
- Are highly motivated to learn essential technical and professional skills
- Do not hold a Bachelor's degree
- May be required to complete additional screening questions during the application process
What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in business communication, interviewing techniques, networking skills, and resume development, along with continuous support to launch your career. Throughout the internship, students will receive an educational stipend of $525 per week.
