Job Title: Senior Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Project Manager

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading ITS firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing construction projects in ITS, lighting, or electrical sectors, with a proven track record of working directly with TxDOT or other general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing construction projects in ITS, lighting, or electrical sectors.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Extensive experience working directly with TXDOT or other general contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
