As an Intelligence Operations Support Officer, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations Support Officer joining our team to be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The Intelligence Operations Support Officer then analyzes this information to identify trends, patterns, and threats. Finally, the Intelligence Operations Support Officer disseminates this information to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. HOW AN INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SUPPORT SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Provides current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating products
Executes and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders
Provides continuous intelligence watch, maintaining communication with respective components and partner agencies
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: REQUIRED SKILLS: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in report writing to support technical operations
Demonstrated prior experience as a SOO
Ability to develop products and support materials to brief review boards, management and customer leadership, locally and abroad
Demonstrated experience working and collaborating in a team environment partnering closely with customer management and mission partners
Demonstrated experience in proactively engaging with peers, management, and customer partners to complete tasks in a timely manner
Demonstrated experience initiating conversations with relevant stakeholders and following up to ensure there is no gap in communication
Demonstrated experience staying on top of multiple operations concurrently, keeping customer management up-to-date
Demonstrated experience in preparing and providing technical briefing to both technical and non-technical staff
Understanding of or familiarity with Agency systems DESIRED SKILLS: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cyber exploitation and cyber defense concepts, including cellular and computer networks
Demonstrated successful research and/or analytic skills in support of customer technical or cyber operations
Demonstrated experience to prioritize effectively and work several tasks concurrently without guidance WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations
Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management)
Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment
