Dorrean is looking for an Intelligence Analyst with an Active Top Secret clearance and a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph for a Federal contract role over at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The Intelligence Analyst shall provide analytical support to review and assess sensitive intelligence data holdings and coordinate with other entities as appropriate to determine the significance/impact of that information. The Intelligence Analyst will review information contained in a sensitive, tightly controlled database, as well as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Access and various Intelligence Community (IC) databases. As directed, the Intelligence Analyst will be required to attend various meetings to support the development of reports, assessments and briefings. As requested, the Intelligence Analyst shall provide preliminary assessment reports and daily/weekly/monthly updates on data submittals related to the review of the sensitive intelligence information. The Intelligence Analyst will also be involved with the following duties: Analysis: The Intelligence Analyst shall perform all tasks in accordance with applicable regulations, guidance, and directives, to include: - Evaluation of intelligence and data related to foreign persons who may have links to counterintelligence or other national security threats; - Targeting analysis; - Risk assessment; - Threat assessment; - Mapping of data and GEOINT analysis; - Open Source/social media exploitation; - Use of analytical IT tools (query, link, visualization, etc.); - Data analysis (reactive and proactive); - Research of bulk data sets to determine if a nexus to a national security threat or counterintelligence threat exists
- Strategic research and analysis; Reporting and Documentation: The Intelligence Analyst shall be responsible for the following reporting and documentation activities: - Develop intelligence presentations, executive-level synopses and visualizations (graphics). - Ensure all artifacts and documentation are stored in the appropriate Government network repository, are maintained, and updated appropriately. - Provide reporting of intelligence and information derived from HUMINT and technical sources to the USIC. - Prepare classified and unclassified materials for industry partners and coordinate outreach relating to due diligence and cyber resilience. - Report intelligence and information to the USIC and FOs. - Work with authorities and processes specifically Electronic Communications (ECs), Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), National Security Letters (NSLs), and reporting protocols; Collaboration: - Provide analytical support to review and assess sensitive intelligence data holdings and coordinate with other entities as appropriate to determine the significance/impact of that information. - Attend meetings to support the development of reports, assessments and briefings. - Coordinate with agents, analysts and other professional support as well as USIC analysts to identify targets, and activities related to counterintelligence matters. - Support multiple simultaneous projects regarding concept development, new processes, functional analysis, and sustaining activities to include: - Program / project management and analysis, - Strategic / mission planning in coordination with interagency partners, - Manage projects; to include the planning, coordination, and execution phases. - Act as the primary point of stakeholder entities. - Coordinate with stakeholders, agents and USIC partners to identify other government agencies authorities related to counterintelligence matters. - Maintain official records in support of counterintelligence (CI) operations. - Assist in managing joint, interagency national security operations to include the planning, coordination, and execution phases of an operation; - Support Unit Chief-provided prioritization schemes on the most urgent operational needs. Position Requirements: - Possess and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI access - Possess and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph that has been updated within the last 5 years; - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; - Possess a minimum of five (5) years of Federal investigation or analytic experience, including extensive involvement in CI, criminal, cyber, or counterterrorism investigations; - Demonstrated experience in the administration and operation of CI investigations, particularly in advanced operations involving intelligence collection; - Proven experience developing and writing classified intelligence products in accordance with ODNI Tradecraft Standards; - Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access); - Excellent oral and written communication skills; - Exceptional interpersonal skills; - Experience in at least three (3) of the following areas:
• Providing targeting analysis and/or writing targeting packages;
• Source identification and development;
• Source validation;
• Strategic analysis;
• Tactical analysis;
• Intelligence collection management;
