General Duties: Aleut is seeking a qualified and experienced Intelligence Analyst II - Senior Threat Analyst to provide intelligence product generation and support at the 527th Space Aggressor Squadron (SAS), Schriever SFB CO for mission planning, system support, development, testing, education, and training of Space Aggressors. Specific Duties: Create and present weekly classified intelligence briefs focused on space and space control activities conducted by U.S. adversaries
Provide intelligence instruction, and advisory support to various training for Space Aggressor operators and external customers
Support exercise planning for threats to be injected into training with modeling and simulation
Maintain a database of observed adversary tactics and mission systems to support creation and validation of Space Aggressor tactics
Support the evaluation of new military systems and commercially available technologies for the potential threats they present to U.S./Allied space forces
Interface with internal and external agencies through intelligence community conferences, cross-talks with other intelligence agencies and Weapons School syllabus reviews
International/Domestic Travel may be required - less than 10%
Required Skills 4 to 6 years of experience with military intelligence product generation and support
Possess knowledge, understanding, and experience with processes required to plan, integrate, and execute intelligence support for space operations
Familiar with scientific principles that define the space operating environment, capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of U.S./Allied Space Systems
Possess knowledge of the capabilities of adversary space systems, tactics, and threats to U.S./Allied space operations
Possess knowledge of space systems, adversary threats, operational considerations, and analytical sources and tools to provide intelligence support to space operations
Possess knowledge of satellites designed for RPO experiments and/or operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 6 years of additional experience may be substituted for education requirement
