Intelligence Analyst III / Program Manager with Security Clearance

This position is pending contract award Any Contract Intelligence Analyst designated as Program Manager in the one (1) Intelligence Analyst III Labor Category shall have experience and training demonstrating they have the knowledge, skills, and abilities as outlined in this SOW and must meet the following minimum requirements: Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited college or university.

• A minimum of five years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC.

• Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes. 9

• A minimum of three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.

• Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment.

• Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least two years of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities.

• At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications:

• Program Manager with previous military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience is also desired.

• Additionally, a Program Manager with a hard science or technical background is preferred but not required.
• Any experience having certified release authority to release and/or disseminate intelligence products is also preferred.
