Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking an IP Docketing Specialist to join their team in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process docketing communications from various sources.
- Review and extract relevant data for entry into the firm's docketing software.
- Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate both routine and special request docketing reports.
- Maintain professional relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property docketing, including all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. and international patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution procedures.
- Proficient in using IP management tools and systems such as FoundationIP, eTEAS, TARR, SAEGIS, PAIR, TESS, TSDR, and TTAB.
- Familiarity with iManage FileSite and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels.
- Capable of managing time and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
