• Define and document integration workflows, data mappings, error handling, and support protocols.

• Implement performance monitoring, analytics, and alerts to track integration health and KPIs.

• Work closely with the EDI Specialist to ensure seamless coordination, support, and troubleshooting of EDI-related activities.

• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data flow and automate manual processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Stay up-to-date with integration best practices, EDI standards, and Boomi platform updates.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong command of JSON, XML, SQL, and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data flows in real-time business environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain setting is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Boomi certification (Associate or Professional Developer).

• Experience with NetSuite, VAN and direct EDI.

• Experience with data warehousing or business intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with ERP workflows in manufacturing (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, fulfillment).

• Background working with logistics partners, and warehouse systems (WMS).

• Familiarity with DevOps principles and automation tools for deployment and monitoring.
