You Have: 8+ years of experience in space systems engineering, including verification of system functional and performance requirements
5+ years of experience in integration and test at the space vehicle level, subsystem level, and box level
5+ years of experience with space systems product acceptance process and reviews to include MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA
3+ years of experience with Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS)
Experience with test planning, including development of test plans, procedures, and reports, mapping requirements to test plans or automated test scripts, preparing test readiness review and test report data
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activities
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science Nice If You Have: 10+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testing
Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
Experience with space vehicle level tests including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, and EMI/EMC testing
Experience with Automation Framework
Experience with managing specifications and performing requirements analysis
Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
Knowledge of a specialty engineering discipline, including manufacturing and quality, reliability and maintainability, system safety engineering
Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
