Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate Technical Solutions: Showcase our simulation products to potential and existing customers, highlighting use cases and benefits.
Configure and Integrate: Set up and customize simulation software, integrating it with a variety of third-party or bespoke systems.
Develop Simulation Scenarios: Build and refine training scenarios that meet customer requirements and replicate real-world challenges.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with project managers, business development teams, and product management to gather customer feedback, capture technical needs, and ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as a Technical Liaison: Act as the go-between for customers and internal teams, clarifying requirements, identifying capability gaps, and suggesting product improvements.
User Training & Support: Provide onsite and remote training sessions to end-users, sharing best practices and offering troubleshooting assistance.
Diagnose & Debug: Investigate technical issues, log bugs, and work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
Manage Lab Operations: Oversee software updates, coordinate training events, and maintain simulation environments.
Verification & Validation: Assist with acceptance test procedures, ensuring solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Industry Engagement: Support trade shows, customer briefings, and other events to represent the organization's technical capabilities.
Travel Readiness: Be prepared for occasional domestic and international travel for on-site customer support and demonstrations. Required Qualifications
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Windows OS administration (e.g., ability to write batch scripts) and comfort with basic scripting or automation.
Simulation Experience: Exposure to military or serious gaming simulations (live, virtual, constructive), demonstrating an understanding of training use cases.
Customer-Facing Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in presentations and discussions.
Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing tasks, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Educational Background: Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field. Desired Qualifications
Military Knowledge: Basic understanding of ground force tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Game Development Exposure: Hands-on experience in any role related to video game or simulation design.
Issue-Tracking Familiarity: Use of software like JIRA for formal bug reporting and process tracking.
