Qatar based Oil and Gas client is looking to hire an Integration Coordinator to work alongside the Integration Manager.


The incumbent will coordinate the integration activities and support management of change for standardization of business processes, IT systems, training, and culture sustainment.


Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Integration management office strategy in line with the overall corporate strategy and ensure its horizontal integration with the interfacing Group strategies across the organisation.
  2. Ensure standardization of business processes and practices across all groups and provide standardized input to IT about the end-state.
  3. Provide technical support and expertise to the Integration Manager to ensure decisions are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Conduct analysis, develop reports, and carry out investigations on strategic, operational, or financial topics for the department.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, of which a minimum of 3 years spent in a corporate role.
  • Change management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies.
  • Business process engineering.
  • Continuous Improvement culture.
  • Proven facilitation skills.
  • Artificial Intelligence experience.
