A local healthcare client of ours is looking for a Remote Integration Architect/Data Architect to join their growing company.

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect/Data Architect with a strong background in Kafka, Snowflake, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka & Snowflake implementation, with expertise in data architecture and system integration. This person will take ownership of the platform, driving development, architecture, and integration efforts across the organization.
This candidate must have deep Kafka expertise, especially Confluent Kafka, and an understanding of data integration, APIs, and microservices architecture. The role will focus on platform ownership, ensuring legacy applications and cloud systems integrate seamlessly into Kafka.

This is an amazing remote opportunity with the desired Salary of $125,000-$150,000 with full benefits, matching 401k, PTO, and Holiday PTO.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have Kafka expertise, with a strong preference for Confluent Kafka experience.
Snowflake proficiency
Confluence experience
Strong understanding of data architecture, with a preference for those with additional data engineering expertise.
Microservices knowledge, including coding/architecting microservices for integration.
Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based systems (AWS or Azure).
Kafka Open Source experience is highly preferred to ensure seamless onboarding and immediate contribution.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and cross-system data alignment.
