Integration and Development Lead - IICS & Azure Data Lake
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)

Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Integration and Development Lead with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Azure Data Lake to lead enterprise-scale data integration and migration initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL Design and Architecture, Data Analysis, and Data Management
- Proven experience designing and implementing data architecture solutions using Informatica Cloud and Azure
- Hands-on implementation of Informatica-based ETL solutions that meet high-performance standards
- Expertise in ETL design and implementation; solid understanding of data models and data flows
- Strong SQL Server experience, including writing and optimizing complex SQL and sub-queries on large datasets
- Proficient in IICS/IDMC components: Data Integration, Application Integration, Data Quality
- Experience migrating data from on-premises environments to Azure Data Lake
- Familiarity with MDM (Master Data Management) and its implementations
- Demonstrated experience leading technical development teams
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead migration from SSIS or other ETL tools to Informatica Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC)
- Design and review new or updated mappings and workflows; prepare detailed technical specifications
- Analyze integration requirements, source/target systems, business rules, and transformation logic
- Oversee integration of multiple data sources via ETL
- Perform data profiling and quality analysis; define data cleansing and transformation strategies
- Collaborate across teams to define and fulfill data requirements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems
