Integration and Development Consultant

Design, develop and maintain integration solutions of SAP modules using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and proprietary technologies to merge clients existing IT landscape. Design, develop and implement full-stack functionality and end-user experience solutions using SAP Fiori Application and SAPUI5. Design and develop customizations and modifications of SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors solutions including testing alterations to ensure final product fully meets critical business needs. Implement SAP and SuccessFactors systems according to operational business requirements, documenting configuration settings in client workbooks. Monitor and ensure modules function accordingly and fully integrated through regression testing of the architectural system configuration. Modify existing applications to improve and upgrade new emerging technologies. Coordinate workshops, requirements gathering, architectural design, building and testing unit and end-to-end of deliverables on projects. Perform tests on SAP and SuccessFactors systems, validate technical and logical system output requirements and system gateway communication. Work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions on new processes as well as identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues while ensuring business needs are met. Conduct client and consultant technical interpretation meetings. Train client end users on usage of new system as well as architectural knowledge transfer to client team members.

Requires one year of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant in: Developing integrations using Cloud Platform Integration, SAP SuccessFactors APIs, ABAP development and SAP Fiori front-end development; and designing technical landscapes for SAP SuccessFactors solutions and performing data conversions to ensure full integration of solutions.
Requires a U.S. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Information Systems or related field.
