Integrated Operations Mission Director/Enterprise Trainer Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None The Integrated Operations Mission Director\Enterprise Trainer will work in a fast-pace customer directed area. Primary responsibilities include: Provide training materials, instruction, and support of Mission Director (MD) training efforts.
Work with MD trainees throughout their training process as they develop into a fully functional Mission Directors.
Assist in the development of other training materials to ensure team members are fully qualified to perform the mission assigned.
Administer and maintain the training of customer personnel on all requisite mission and operational knowledge.
Support the employee through functional position training process and track progress.
This includes ensuring all qualification standards are met and training requirements are completed.
Track DoD 8570 IAT certification compliance per the statement of work and per the reporting requirement from thecustomer.
Be familiar with the IT Service Management platform Service Now, in particular, Event, Change, Problem and Incident Management Modules
Support training personnel on the fundamentals of this suite of tools.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Function as a Back-up trainer for all functional IO training disciplines

• Provide senior level briefing and presentations

• Provide verbal classroom level instruction

• Conducts retraining or re-qualificati on training for personnel as needed Required Qualifi cations:

• An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• Minimum 5 years' of recent and relevant training

• Must possess public speaking skills, to include the ability to provide classroom oriented instruction, and briefing of senior leadership

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Excellent customer service skills Desired Qualifications Current Security + Certification
Current ITIL 4 Certification
AS degree in Business or Informati on Technology related field or equivalent military or commercial experience
Technical background and strong IT skills/knowledge in networking, exchange, or desktop support
2+ Years of IT Service Operations Experience
1+ years IT Service Management technical training curriculum development
1-2 years' experience with Service Now

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
