Join our dynamic team as an Integrated Master Scheduler, supporting the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) initiative. This position is based in Arlington, VA and is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing advanced program management tools to track key milestones across various programs, ensuring timely contract deliverables.
  • Maintaining and organizing multiple program schedules to keep teams on track.
  • Assessing program metrics and delivering comprehensive reports to Program Managers to ensure that support requirements are met.
  • Managing resource forecasts across programs and collaborating closely with Program Managers to tailor management tools for program needs.
  • Coordinating scheduling for internal Program Management meetings across multiple programs.
  • Engaging in special projects as needed to enhance program delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • An active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance is mandatory.
  • Experience in setting up tasks and sub-tasks for project recognition and timeline upkeep.
  • Ability to maintain and update a database of tasks with corresponding statuses.
  • Interaction with stakeholders to keep schedules, costs, and variances current.
  • Evaluation and reporting on project schedule progress and performance.
  • Support for effective change management processes and assist the project team in periodic status reporting.
  • Highlight and address schedule delays and critical path implications.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management, focused on construction and facility design.
  • At least 2 years using scheduling tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project and developing resource-loaded schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitating clear technical and general information exchanges with various stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • Organized documentation practices and awareness of documentation systems.
  • Working knowledge of IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for a non-technical audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with DISA and supporting mission partners.
Pay Range: $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
