What You'll Do:
- Lead 9-11 promotional campaigns per year, including Prime Day, Holiday, and Halloween
- Own campaign briefs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Manage external agency partners on creative development and approvals
- Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Support large-scale brand initiatives and partnerships
Location: Hawthorne, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)
Contract: Full-time, long-term contract
Pay Rate: $50/hour (W2)
Requirements:
- 5+ years in integrated marketing or agency account management
- Proven experience managing 360 campaigns across digital, email, social, and more
- Strong project management and creative briefing skills
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, JIRA, Whimsical, Excel
- Experience working with leadership and analytics teams
