Integrated Marketing Coordinator

IDR is seeking a National Marketing Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the National Marketing Coordinator:

- Writing creative briefs and handling follow-ups
- Answering buyers' questions and attending meetings
- Taking notes and reporting back on meetings
- Coordinating photo shoots and other marketing events
- Implementing marketing request forms, coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects
- Proofreading marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy
- This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to a full-time role
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with 1-3 years of work experience in project management of marketing programs

Required Skills for National Marketing Coordinator:

- Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience
- Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Outstanding attention to detail, timelines, and deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships
- Experience with Adobe software and campaign marketing is a plus
