Amentum is searching for an Integrated Logistics Manager to support efforts as directed by MARMC. Essential Responsibilities: Provide logistics assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat, and naval message for both deployed and local submarines in matters associated with TAHS equipment. a) Approximately (4) per month. Enter FTA and maintenance data into applicable databases e.g. Fleet Technical (FTS), Time Attendance and Reporting (TAR), Regional Maintenance Automated Information System (RMAIS). B. Continuous Operational and Maintenance Assessment Support. Review and assess TAVR, CASREP, 2-Kilo, part usage, TAR, FTS, FTA, and maintenance data. Contractor shall provide waterfront input and logistics support in identification, analysis, root cause determination, and resolution for out of commission (OOC) casualties, failures, and/or trends. Contractor shall formulate and provide actionable recommendations to appropriate stakeholders as determined by MARMC leadership; this could include but is not limited to SUBLANT, SUBPAC, Squadron or ship's force. Perform maintenance and maintainability investigations and assessments, generate reports, point papers in support of SubCOMA, Reliability, Maintainability, Availability (RMA), Top Management Attention (TMA), and other Fleet/TYCOM activities or meetings. Provide logistics support for TYCOM Force ST towed system working group meetings and Senior ST conferences; this includes preparation and development of briefs, presentations, on-site preparation and participation, and follow-up activities including tracking and accomplishment of action items. Provide onboard, as required, and distance support for the towed systems' portion of TSRA, including the Pre/Post-Deployment Maintainability Assessment (PDMA). Attend towed systems (arrays and handling systems) improvement and working group meetings to provide logistics input into system/equipment design and maintenance improvement efforts. Develop, review, and provide comments on engineering change proposals (ECP) documentation and drawings. E. NAVSEA and Fleet Special Towed Systems Support & Test Equipment (S&TE) and Cable Support. Provide managerial guidance, assistance and oversight ILS Specialists for tasking described in sections 3.3(D) and 3.3(H). F. Fleet ILS and Configuration Management (CM) Support Shall provide onboard logistics and CM support during FTA and CASREPs to resolve fleet logistics problems. Coordinate and expedite the requisition, delivery, and turn-in of TAHS parts and equipment. This includes the generation of Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR). Provide onboard ILS technical assistance and support to evaluate and resolve fleet logistics problems associated with TA/TAHS equipment. Work with SUBLANT Force personnel, NAVSEA ILS Managers, Naval Supply Support - Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP-WSS) specialists, ISEA technical and logistics personnel, Squadron, and ship's force Supply Officers and Storekeepers to implement, expedite, facilitate, and/or manage parts and material in support of towed systems FTAs, CASREPs, assessments, maintenance and availabilities. Serve as PMS4011 Supply Support Logistics Element Manager (LEM) for inservice handlers in support of PMS4011 ILS Manager. Provide waterfront ILS and supply support to include: providing briefs, input, and recommendations at towed systems Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT)/LEM meetings, supply support, Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List / Allowance Parts List (COSAL/APL) reviews, and ILS working groups/meetings Work with NAVICP and DLA item managers to implement and facilitate parts and material. Provide waterfront input, technical and logistics support to include: maintenance planning, technical documentation, training, S&TE, supply support, facilities, CM, and other ILS elements. Review engineering change documentation for ILS impacts and work with the ILS Manager and ISEAs to address and resolve issues. Generate and distribute the Towed Systems Parts Hotlist on a weekly basis. Provide in-house and onboard ILS product installation and Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) installation support. Track and report status of NAVSEA owned parts used in support of overseas tech assists. Update Automated Tracking System (ATS) with changes due to tech assists, CASREPs, and engineering changes. Provide logistics support for BUD planning and implementation. Review and provide ILS comments on ECIs, TEMPALTs, and SHIPALTS for in-service handlers and arrays. Support and/or attend C5I meetings; contractor shall ensure latest updates are reflected in Submarine Modernization Alteration Readiness Tracker (SMART) prior to meetings. Enter, update, and maintain installation data and information in SMART/Navy Data Environment (NDE) Shall maintain, update, and distribute the ECI Matrix on a monthly basis. Minimum Requirements: Six (6) years full-time experience in logistics engineering acquisition, fleet introduction, installation, test operation, and life cycle support of the AN/BQQ-10 Series/AN/BYG-1 combat systems or a computerized and computer-controlled combat system which closely resembles the AN/BSY-1 or AN/BSY-2 in complexity, operation, maintenance approach and installation. Five (5) years full-time experience in Navy Integrated Logistic Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DOD/Navy Integrated Logistics System. The experience shall include each of the following Navy ILS components listed below in support of a major forward electronic system or HM&E systems. a) Maintenance Planning b) Manpower, personnel, and training support c) Supply support d) Test Equipment support e) Technical logistics data f) Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation g) Design and installation h) Configuration May require travel. Must have an active secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English. This position requires the candidate to pass a pre-employment physical examination and urinary analysis. Must be available for any shift, must be willing to work weekends and other hours as needed.
