Job Summary:
The position is a one year, grant funded position, with theoption of extension of contract, within the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences . There are two primary roles for the position as theIntegrated Care Behavioral Health Care Manager within our Collaborative Careprogram and in providing outpatient psychotherapy services within ourPsychology and Testing Clinic.
The integrated portion of this position is to support thedevelopment and implementation of our integrated care programming, specificallythe implementation of Collaborative Care programs throughout our OSU Medicineclinics. Collaborative Care is a team-based, population-based approach to carethat works to coordinate services of care managers, primary care providers, andpsychiatry consultation. The MSW/LCSW will be a key member implementing theprogram in our Family Medicine, Pediatric, and Addiction Medicine services.
The role in the outpatient clinic is to providepsychotherapy services to patients referred from a variety of sources,including psychiatry, addiction medicine, pain management, and pediatrics. Theposition would serve within our robust system to support the patient needs forongoing psychotherapy and counseling services.

Education & Experience Position Qualifications:
Qualifications:-Master's Degree in Social Work or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Oklahoma
-Valid Driver's License
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:-Providing mental health services to individuals within
therapeutic settings
-Critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
-Exhibit initiative and ability to work independently and within a team.
-Exhibit cultural sensitivity and the ability to work a various
patient population and professional staff, faculty and medical students within academic health care setting.
Computer skills.
Preferred: Previous Experience in psychotherapy services and counseling services.
