What You'll Do:

Be the first voice our clients hear-empathetic, professional, and focused on solutions

Qualify and convert leads with speed and care

Guide potential clients into our sales pipeline with strong follow-through

Collaborate with estimators and operations to ensure smooth transitions

Suggest process improvements to drive better performance

Log client interactions accurately in our CRM

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales or intake/customer service (restoration industry a plus.)
