Our matrimonial law firm is seeking a New Client Concierge dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while playing a vital role in retaining new clients. • Provide a concierge client experience to potential new clients
• Handle interactions with empathy and authority
• Engage with potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm
• Facilitate a smooth transition to attorney consultations
• Utilize our phone systems to ensure a seamless client experience
• Meet expected monthly performance metrics for appointments set with attorneys
• Monthly data management and reporting
• Ensure all case intake legal documents are processed, signed, and executed properly
• Provide clerical support to the operations team as needed Qualifications:
• A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred
• Critical thinking skills
• Pro-active, results-oriented mindset
• Flexibility, optimism, and empathy toward individuals dealing with matrimonial issues
• Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary
• Reliability, accuracy, and responsibility in all tasks
• Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office and Clio is a plus Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year plus annual bonus potential up to $20,000
