Intake Sales Manager

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually plus bonus incentives for client signups


About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Intake Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing our client intake process and leading a team of intake specialists to maximize conversion rates and ensure exceptional client experience from first contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the intake team to achieve departmental KPIs and conversion targets
  • Utilize Lawmatics CRM and reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize the intake process
  • Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed client
  • Train and mentor intake specialists on effective consultation techniques
  • Personally handle high-value potential client consultations
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Lawmatics or similar CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
