About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Intake Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing our client intake process and leading a team of intake specialists to maximize conversion rates and ensure exceptional client experience from first contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the intake team to achieve departmental KPIs and conversion targets
- Utilize Lawmatics CRM and reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize the intake process
- Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed client
- Train and mentor intake specialists on effective consultation techniques
- Personally handle high-value potential client consultations
- Generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with Lawmatics or similar CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
