Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intake Coordinator, located on-site in Lakewood, NJ. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing the intake process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation, verifying insurance information, and coordinating with caregivers and medical professionals. Daily tasks include handling communication with families, providing excellent customer service, managing case files, understanding medical terminology, and navigating insurance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Case Management
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Understanding of Insurance procedures and requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Lakewood, NJ
- Previous experience in healthcare or educational settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
