Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality operational and customer service support to financial advisors and branch employees regarding insurance and annuity products.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and case submissions related to insurance licensing, order entry support, and policy servicing.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal clients to ensure world-class service delivery.
  • Utilize internal tools and online systems to research and resolve client issues in accordance with service standards and one-call resolution practices.
  • Accurately route processing requests and escalate complex issues following defined operational procedures.
  • Continuously meet or exceed team performance metrics, including service quality, responsiveness, and resolution timelines.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and delivering creative solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems, procedures, and changes within the insurance operations environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant insurance and annuity policies, licensing requirements, and operational workflows.
