Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality operational and customer service support to financial advisors and branch employees regarding insurance and annuity products.
Respond to phone inquiries and case submissions related to insurance licensing, order entry support, and policy servicing.
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal clients to ensure world-class service delivery.
Utilize internal tools and online systems to research and resolve client issues in accordance with service standards and one-call resolution practices.
Accurately route processing requests and escalate complex issues following defined operational procedures.
Continuously meet or exceed team performance metrics, including service quality, responsiveness, and resolution timelines.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills by diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and delivering creative solutions.
Adapt quickly to new systems, procedures, and changes within the insurance operations environment.
Maintain knowledge of relevant insurance and annuity policies, licensing requirements, and operational workflows.
