Job Title: Insurance Leads Producer

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Leads Producer to generate and qualify leads for our sales team. This is a fully commission-based role ideal for individuals with strong networking, sales, and marketing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and setting appointments for licensed insurance agents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate qualified insurance leads through various channels, including online marketing, cold calling, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and connect them with the appropriate sales representatives.
- Follow-Up & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates using CRM software or tracking systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with insurance agents to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maximize sales opportunities.
- Compliance: Adhere to all applicable insurance regulations and company policies while conducting outreach and lead generation activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to network effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
