A well-established, AV-Preeminent law firm known for providing high quality litigation in Louisiana is seeking an Associate Attorney with Insurance Defense and Workers' Compensation experience, ready to hit the ground running and able to manage a high-volume caseload. A minimum of 3-5 years of Workers' Comp experience required. The ideal candidate to possess empathy and passion for helping the injured, ability to guide clients through the case process.

The successful candidate will be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in career development, and joining a team of Super Lawyers and named Best Lawyers in America.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research


  • Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions


  • Defending depositions


  • Strong written and verbal communication
