What We're Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years practicing insurance defense law, with a proven track record of handling complex cases from start to finish.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of insurance defense claims, including general liability, premises liability, bodily injury, and negligence, as well as experience with depositions, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Licensed: Active Bar membership in good standing.
- Work Ethic: Ability to manage a caseload independently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
