Insurance Defense Attorney - Hybrid Established Law Firm New Jersey
A well-established and reputable law firm is actively seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join their expanding legal team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling general liability matters and a proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Handle a wide range of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
Collaborate closely with Partners, Associates, and support staff in a team-focused environment
Manage caseload independently while maintaining exceptional client communication and service
Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the New Jersey Bar (required)
3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong experience with general liability cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Trial experience is a plus
