Job Details

Due to growth, we have an immediate opening for an experienced associate attorney with a background in Civil Litigation, preferably in Construction and or General Liability Defense. All levels of experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and case evaluations
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners to achieve favorable outcomes
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers to provide clear case updates and recommendations

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active and good standing FL Bar
Preferably 2-10 years of experience in Construction or General Liability Defense
Other backgrounds in Insurance Defense will be considered
