Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing insurance project activities to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project processes.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
- Preparing and distributing project-related reports and updates as required.
- Supporting additional project coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must have Strong Excel and One Note
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Required Work Hours:
The position requires working Monday through Friday during first shift hours.
Additional Details:
The minimum pay for this position is $23 per hour.
