We're growing. Khasim Insurance is currently hiring Licensed Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior insurance agency sales experience who are looking for long-term growth and stability.
Requirements:
Active insurance license required
? Previous insurance agency experience
? Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
? Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
? Team player with solid problem-solving skills
? Professional under pressure with a career-focused mindset
What We Offer:
- Annual Salary: $62,400-$66,560 + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve new business production goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups from various lead sources
- Generate quotes and present insurance options to prospective clients
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients and handle policy servicing
