Job Details

Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Representing clients in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
2. Providing legal advice to clients regarding insurance coverage and claims.
3. Reviewing and analyzing insurance policies, claims, and other related documents.
4. Preparing and presenting cases in court or arbitration.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
6. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies.
7. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
8. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
9. Staying updated with the latest legal developments and changes in the field of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
10. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, policyholder, and insurance.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Proven track record in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
9. High ethical standards and professionalism.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
