About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Attorney for our client to handle complex litigation matters for from inception to resolution. This role involves depositions, court appearances, and trials, with a strong focus on representing policyholders. Attorneys with prior experience representing insurance companies will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Management

Handle insurance coverage and bad faith litigation from start to finish.
Conduct depositions, court proceedings, and trials as needed.
Develop and implement legal strategies to advocate for policyholders.
Collaborate with legal teams and clients to ensure seamless case progression.
Maintain the highest standards of legal advocacy and ethical responsibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

5 to 15 years of litigation experience from a strong law school.
Extensive deposition, courtroom, and trial experience.
Background in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation preferred.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience representing policyholders or insurance companies.
Demonstrated career stability frequent job changes may not be ideal for this role.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
