This position requires individuals to deliver on sales targets from DAY 1. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate you got what it takes to come on board during your probation period, which requires minimum sales targets to remain in the position.
Our agency will set you up for success. After your probation period, we will provide you with a hybrid schedule, and various employee perks, including cleaners, salons/barbers, gyms, gas, quarterly shopping, and vacation after one year.
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring our customers are well protected under the range of products offered at our agency. This position offers a compensation package with a base salary + commission with a range starting from $35,360 - $87,360, plus an annual bonus of $10,000 for meeting targets - to be discussed more in depth during interview.

Salary band is based on Base Salary + Commissions with 100% Targets being met.
Will not limit commission. If targets are excelled we will continue to pay commission beyond salary band
