Overview:
A well-established insurance group is seeking a VIP Client Account Manager to provide high-touch, white-glove service to high-net-worth clients. This role is responsible for managing policy renewals, processing policy changes, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with 6-10 clients per day, offering personalized support and expert insurance guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage policy renewals and modifications for VIP clients.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Required).
- 5-10 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Agent in the insurance industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
