Job Description: I&C Engineer
Location: Lake Charles Refinery (Onsite)
Assignment Duration: 1 Year
Responsibilities
- Manage projects using the FEL process, ensuring compliance with standards. Develop estimates, capital plans, and secure funding.
- Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines to deliver cost-effective designs within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Design and support instrumentation and control systems, including Safety Instrumented Systems, audits, and issue resolution.
- Write specifications, perform Factory Acceptance Tests, and provide construction and turnaround support.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficient in all phases of Safety Instrumented Systems lifecycle.
