Your Role:

As an Instrument Technician, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our production processes. Your expertise will help maintain the high-quality standards our customers rely on by installing, maintaining, and calibrating essential instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instrumentation Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and calibration of devices such as valves, temperature sensors, pressure monitors, and weighing systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • New Installations: Manage instrument installations, including fitting, wiring, and blueprint interpretation. Conduct initial setups for seamless integration.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, plant managers, and vendors to achieve operational excellence.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in industrial controls and instrumentation, including PLC troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in using multimeters (5v-120v) and 4-20mA loops, with expertise in flow meter calibration and flow sensors.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Electrical license or an Associate degree in Automation, Applied Science, or Instrumentation highly preferred.
