The George L. Argyros College of Business and Economics at Chapman University invites applications for a non-tenure track, Instructor or Clinical Assistant Professor of Real Estate position beginning August 1, 2025.

Responsibilities
- Teach eight undergraduate and/or graduate courses (24 credits total) annually (August-May) in real estate, finance, or economics that reflect specialty interests of the candidate and needs of the department.
- Actively contribute as an integral member of the Argyros College faculty by engaging in department and university service as expected of a non-tenure track faculty member.
- Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality courses.
- Offer regular office hours to provide students with opportunities for one-on-one consultations, academic advising, and clarification of course materials.
- Participate in advising for students, helping them select appropriate courses and develop academic plans.
- Contribute to the overall mission of the institution by attending program meetings and supporting campus-wide initiatives and events.
- Serve on academic committees or task forces within the institution, contributing to discussions and decisions related to academic policies, curriculum development, and other relevant matters.
Qualifications:Applicants with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply: Real Estate, Finance, or Economics. An MBA or Doctoral Degree in a related field as well as a record of outstanding professional achievement are required. Teaching experience is preferred.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. This position is contingent on final budget approval. Successful completion of a background check is required for the final candidate.
