Instructional Designer with Security Clearance

o Manage the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs.
o Apply consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise.
o Bachelor's degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Master's degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. o Certifications in adult learning or related discipline.
o Work with SMEs and instructors to develop client training needs.
o Design and develop synchronous learning material and job performance support material.
o Work with other learning specialist to create blended, web based and virtual learning.
