Must be onsite on Tuesdays - other days remote
3-5 years experience in Instructional Design A minimum of a BA/BS is required
Must have 1+ years experience with Info Mapping (FS Pro)
Nice to have would be PMP
Multi unit retail experience preferred Able to understand client businesses and training needs and to be creative in identifying training solutions
Strong communication ability both written and verbal to interact with all level of the organization including store teams, field management, internal CSC individual contributors, Managers and Directors
- Make courses and instructional design
- Develop instructional outlines and storyboard instructional content
- Modify existing instructional material into e-learning courses
- Develop course content and instructional materials
- Develop instructional materials for blended learning redesign
