Instructional Designer/Trainer with Security Clearance

Overview VTG is looking for an Instructional Designer/Trainer in Chantilly, VA. What will you do? As a trainer on our team, you'll provide in-person, virtual, hybrid, asynchronous instruction for our internal and external through live audience instruction. You'll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including access to subject matter experts, and collaborative tools to enhance your training delivery solutions. Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, passion for developing and implementing workforce initiatives, facilitation skills to develop, manage, and deliver training using your experience leading learning solutions to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs. Do you have what it takes? Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI with Poly Required Experience supporting Sponsor training programs Experience with graphic design principles Experience with user-centric interactive designs and digital presentations containing phots, videos, or motion graphics 4+ years doing this type of work Bachelors degree
