What you will be doing As an Instructional Coach at Alpha School, you'll be at the helm of a reading revolution:

Candidate Requirements To join our league of educational innovators, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field. Alternatively, any Bachelor's degree paired with recognized reading instruction certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System) will suffice
- A track record of early elementary teaching success, particularly in literacy instruction
- A passion for EdTech and a readiness to embrace AI as your new teaching assistant
- The ability to create learning experiences that are both effective and irresistibly engaging
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
