Installation Team Lead with Security Clearance

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Installation Team Lead to join our team onsite in Norfolk, VA. This position is onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a group of installers and perform required installation of various equipment types, communication equipment, racks, cabling / cable management, and other installs as required.
Oversee a team that performs site surveys
Working alongside engineers to design, build and test solutions to a variety of technical problems
Analyzing operations and offering suggestions for improvement
Perform work between customer sites, shore sites, and/or on ships
Work with Project Managers and provide recommendations on most efficient ways to accomplish installs
Assign team members to projects based on skillsets
Establish a standard that team members are to perform installs to
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed up to 25% Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
7+ years of relevant experience in related field
Technical experience with AC/DC circuits
Knowledge and understanding of test equipment including but not limited to Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Optical analyzers, power meters, bench power supplies, multimeters, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) services at both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations Preferred Qualifications: Experience with leading/managing a team
Experience with JIRA/Confluence
NAVSEA Certified in Fiber Optic Termination
AutoCAD Drafting experience Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen and hold an Active Secret clearance to start on program Physical Requirements: Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 Lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50%
Be able to ascend and descend ladders as required for installations
Must be able to position oneself to install communications systems, server racks, or potentially running transmission lines as required.
