Position: Senior Elevator Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage elevator installation and modernization projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise construction sites.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure high-quality execution and safety compliance.
- Review technical drawings, pit & shaft readiness, and civil interfaces before installation kick-off.
- Coordinate with internal design, planning, and procurement teams to ensure timely material flow and site progress.
- Resolve technical challenges on-site with sound engineering judgment and hands-on experience.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Conduct site audits, final commissioning checks, and support handover documentation.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and site technicians for skill development and process adherence.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of core experience in elevator installation, modernization, or site project execution.
- Strong technical understanding of various elevator systems (gearless, hydraulic, MRL, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites, manpower, and client coordination independently.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, quality control procedures, and statutory compliances.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and project sites as required.
