Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including both corporate and personal.
- Providing strategic advice and support to clients facing financial distress.
- Preparing reports and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Overseeing the implementation of restructuring plans.
- Coordinating with other professionals to maximise recoveries for creditors.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and professional standards.
- Contributing to business development and networking activities.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Insolvency & Restructuring Director' should have:
- A professional qualification in Insolvency (CPI/JIEB).
- Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring within the professional services industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
