Role Mission: We seek a results-driven Customer Success Manager to lead and scale our customer success team. The role involves ensuring customer outcomes, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in customer success.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the customer success team to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Developing strategies for customer retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive product adoption.
- Building strong customer partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Tracking KPIs like NPS and analyzing success outcomes.
- Refining customer success processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborating internally with sales, enablement, and Tesco teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
