We're seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson to join our team at our client in Butte, Montana. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through our sales process and demonstrating how our ResonantAcoustic Mixer technology can transform their operations.
This is a high-activity role requiring quick thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to balance customer interaction with internal collaboration. You'll work closely with engineering and operations to ensure our clients' needs are clearly understood and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and generate outbound leads via calls and emails
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process
• Deliver technical presentations and online product demos
• Prepare accurate and compelling sales proposals and quotations
• Maintain customer data using Salesforce CRM
• Participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions
• Liaise with internal teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor and support customer accounts throughout the product life cycle

The Person We're looking for someone who:
• Has 5+ years' experience in capital equipment or industrial sales
• Holds a degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Is self-motivated, driven, and confident working independently
• Possesses strong presentation and communication skills
• Is familiar with materials-processing technologies and technical environments
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Is a US citizen
